Do you have short-term leases?
We have both month-to-month and long-term leases available to meet your self-storage rental needs.
How do I pay for my unit?
You are able to log into our website to pay via credit card with a secure username and password. You can also pay over the phone with credit card or mail a check. Recurring automatic payments can be set up to charge your credit card or bank account monthly.
What is the Cancellation Policy/Move Out Procedure?
We require that 20 days prior to your intended move out date you must send a request to vacate the unit in writing to receive your deposit back in full. Once we have received your request in writing we will call you to confirm receipt of your intent to vacate. If you are not contacted, it means we did not receive your request.

Cancellation notices can also be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not take cancellation notices over the phone.
Please include your name, unit number, contact information, and the date you will be moving.
On your intended move out date, a manager will inspect the unit to make sure it has been swept out and no items remain in the unit. You must leave the unit door open and unlocked for the inspection. Once the unit has been inspected we will send your deposit back to you in the form of a check. Please visit the contact us page for the information on where to send your cancellation letter.
Please DO NOT check yourself out of the unit, this feature is not perfected and will only cause us to check you back into the unit until you have completely moved out.
